At Growing Minds Consulting, we are dedicated to fostering strong and long-lasting relationships. With over16 years of public education experience, giving us a unique view of the challenges students face in today’s society. Through both 1-on-1 coaching, mentoring and parenting meetings. We help students and parents navigate school and life in the best way possible. We also help adults navigate daily life! Our mission is to help each client develop their unique talents, interests, and potential, ultimately creating a successful and fulfilling future.

Initial Consultation
Introductions - Have everyone introduce themselves and their role/background. This helps build rapport.

Workshops/Professional Development/ Speaking
Public speaking that delivering a speech or presentation with genuine emotions, sincerity, and authenticity. It involves expressing deep feelings openly and honestly to connect with the audience on an a variety of level. Heartfelt public speaking aims to create a genuine connection and leave a lasting impact on listeners.

Professional development workshop will provide staff with practical classroom management strategies to increase student engagement and reduce disruptive behaviors.

Participants will learn techniques proven effective for setting clear expectations and routines, actively supervising students, redirecting off-task behavior, and handling common challenges in the classroom.
Listening
Listen actively - Make client feel heard by actively listening without judgment and asking thoughtful questions to help them work through challenges if they would like. If not will just listen to client vent about anything.
